It’s that time of summer again when we look back on the trends of the season and start to say goodbye to the ones that have come and gone. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the fashion world over the past few years, and 2023 is no different. Here are five summer trends that are officially over for 2023.

  1. Fringe: Fringe has been a big trend for the past couple of years, but it’s time to say goodbye. Whether it’s on clothes, bags, or jewelry, fringe is officially out.
  2. Crochet: Crochet has been another trend that has been popular for a while now, but it’s time to switch it up. Crochet is out and knitwear is in.
  3. Neon: Neon has been a staple of summer fashion for a few years now, but it’s time to move on. Swap out your neon for pastels and muted tones instead.
  4. Off-the-shoulder: Off-the-shoulder tops and dresses have been all the rage, but they’re on their way out. It’s time to move on to other necklines.
  5. Denim Cut-offs: Denim cut-offs have been a summer staple for years, but they’re officially over. It’s time to swap them out for skirts and trousers in the same color.

So there you have it, five summer trends that are officially over for 2023. Don’t worry, though, there are plenty of new ones to take their place. Get ready for a whole new wave of fashion trends in the coming months!
